Nataliia Vorozhbyt
Nataliia is a cosmetologist with experience in professional skincare since 2019. Her main area of expertise is classic facial care and personalised programmes designed to improve skin quality and maintain a healthy, well-cared-for appearance. She combines professional treatment protocols, individually selected home care and massage techniques, adapting each treatment to the skin’s current condition and the client’s needs. She has been part of the LeBlanc team since 2019.

Nataliia’s professional background combines chemistry and healthcare. She earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. At the National University of Ukraine on Physical Education and Sport, she qualified as a physical therapist and as a clinical specialist with higher education in healthcare. She completed her foundational cosmetology studies at Partner+, a Level I–II accredited educational institution.
She also completed the course “Junior Nurse for a Cosmetology Practice” and foundational training in “Mesotherapy + Biorevitalisation” at Dr.Yudina School. She continued her professional development in France with an internship at the Biologique Recherche Academy in Paris. She has also trained in and works with professional systems from iS Clinical, HydraFacial, ELEMIS, Medik8 and other brands.
This multidisciplinary education helps Nataliia understand the processes taking place in the skin more deeply and build care programmes with intention. Before each procedure, she assesses the skin’s current condition, characteristics and needs, then selects the sequence of steps and professional products. She does not use one universal formula: the aim is not to temporarily conceal imperfections, but to steadily improve skin quality and support its natural balance.
Nataliia is trained in a range of cosmetic massage techniques and always adapts them to the individual client. The technique and intensity are selected according to the skin’s condition, personal goals and comfort during the procedure. For her, massage is not a routine step, but an integral part of a personalised care programme.
HydraFacial and personalised Biologique Recherche treatments hold a special place in Nataliia’s work. She values HydraFacial as an SOS treatment that can visibly refresh the skin and leave it looking radiant and well cared for in about an hour. Biologique Recherche allows her to build each treatment around the skin’s current condition, adjusting the protocol and combination of products to its changing needs.
