ALONA HARKAVAYA
Alena is a stylist-colorist with more than twenty years of experience. Her main specialization is advanced color techniques and color transformations: from multidimensional, dimensional shades to complex transitions from dark to light and back again. Since 2004, she has worked with hair color, shape and texture, combining color expertise with classic haircuts and styling. She has been part of the LeBlanc team since 2017.

Alena’s professional path began at the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design (KNUTD). She later continued her training at Aldo Coppola in Milan, Vidal Sassoon, Saco and S&A Group in Kyiv. She has also completed professional training with Lebel, L’Oréal Professionnel, Wella Professionals, Schwarzkopf Professional, Redken, Davines and other brands.
Color is the main focus of her work. Alena specializes in coloring where the result is defined not only by a beautiful shade, but also by natural depth, seamless transitions and the condition of the hair. Before each service, she assesses the starting base, previous color history, hair structure and desired result in order to choose the most suitable technique and a realistic path toward it.
Advanced coloring techniques are a key part of her work. Alena works with AirTouch, dimensional coloring, balayage and shatush, and combines several techniques within one service to create natural volume, soft transitions and multidimensional color. This approach allows her to create an individual result that looks balanced both immediately after the salon visit and as the hair grows out.
Her experience also allows her to take on complex color corrections: correcting unsuccessful color, evening out the tone, transitioning from dark shades to lighter ones, returning from blonde to deeper tones, and carrying out gradual color transformations. In these cases, Alena pays particular attention to preserving the hair structure and selects gentle professional solutions and appropriate home care.
